Access to the journal
HN JOURNAL uses the Open Journal System (OJS). There is no charge for access to articles.
What does "Open Source" mean? Open access is immediate access, without registration, subscription or payment requirements, i.e. without restrictions, to educational, academic, scientific, or any other type of digital material, mainly scientific research articles from peer-reviewed journals. It means that any individual user can read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of scientific articles, and use them for any other legitimate purpose, such as data mining of their digital content, without any economic, legal or technical barriers other than those posed by the Internet itself. In other words, it is a free and open way to access scientific literature.
